As a mapping driver you will be responsible for collecting maps/ photographs of maps of specified locations for us. You will also be providing us feedback to help improve driver’s tools.
About you:

• Adept at using navigation software
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic

This role is highly strategic and requires working in close cohorts with the founders. You will be the primary driver of revenue growth, and be on the front lines evangelizing our platform to key stakeholders. You will:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from client prospecting, meetings, product demos, deal negotiation and onboarding
• Build upon your existing network of enterprise customers relationships to qualify, educate, manage prospects and close large deals
• Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities, performing quantitative and qualitative due diligence
• Develop lead-generation plan and establish best practices on lead conversion
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Work closely with product team to communicate client feedback internally
• Attend key industry events and trade shows and actively represent Beans.ai’s brand presence

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• History of proactively growing new customer relationships to close deals and independently develop your own scalable plan in competitive markets
• Approach customers with highly consultative manner to crisply deliver differentiated value for technical products and technical concepts
• Confident advising, selling, and marketing to audiences in the Director and Vice President levels
• Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets, with a demonstrated success at maintaining strong & long-term client relationships.

We are a US based multinational company who are building the next generation maps for the new on-demand economy. We are backed by top investors in Silicon Valley and are building our India center to scale our global GIS mapping initiative. As a part of this we are looking for a data operations manager in our Bhatinda office. The work with involve reviewing and annotating maps, identifying issues with the data and brainstorming processes to solve those problems.
In this role you will be working directly with the founders of the company. The role involves managing the India team and solving their day to day problems. Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Supervise and help scale the team of 15 data annotators
• Establish a team culture, nurture employees and scout for future hires
• Devise performance benchmarks and help the team hit those benchmarks
• Set up weekly and monthly reporting and tracking
• Identify and brainstorm tools/ solutions for increasing productivity
• Develop processes, documents and policies for the data team
• Lead the daily evening status meetings with the onsite teams
