Though site maps have always been an important resource for leasing offices, the COVID-19 pandemic has seen an increase in the number of potential residents who are opting to complete property tours from home. As such, Beans.ai is offering its free mapping service and tool, the Beans Dynamic SiteMaps, for property managers to enable a high-quality virtual touring experience.
With Beans Dynamic SiteMaps, prospective tenants can virtually see available apartments in order to understand the true spatial location of the unit, entrance and parking, like in the sample sitemap.
“Through our research, we have found that 90% of prospects look up an apartment using Google maps or Apple maps. With Beans Dynamic SiteMaps, prospective tenants can look at the satellite view of a property and easily understand where the unit is located. For instance, by looking at the map of the unit in the example, users can see that it is close to one of the pools on the property, and that the main entrance and the balcony is pool facing. Additionally, the open parking spots are directly behind the unit, and the apartment is on the second floor. Exact locations of leasing office, gym, package lockers, pool, laundry rooms etc. can be easily deciphered from this view.
